Travel Cost Guidelines

Travel

Flights:

MFish will book air tickets if traveling to the meeting by plane.

Car:

MFish will reimburse car running costs at a rate of $0.62 per kilometer.

Taxis:

Agree in advance of travel. Receipts must be provided.

Train/Bus:

MFish will reimburse if receipts provided.

Accommodation

MFish will book accommodation where required.

Meals

MFish will provide meals where a meeting encompasses a normal meal time.

MFish will reimburse meal costs (no alcohol) where members are traveling to meetings from out-of town, up to a maximum value of $15.00 for breakfast and $35 for dinner. Receipts must be provided.
