“Blue cod” means the fish of which the scientific name is Parapercis colias:

(within the combined daily bag limit for finfish applicable in each area)

“Blue cod pot”-

Means any pot (whether baited or not) that is capable of catching or holding blue cod; and includes any other device capable of catching, holding, or storing blue cod; but Does not include a rock lobster pot.
