OUTPUT CLASS - AQUACULTURE SETTLEMENT

Description

This output class relates to the implementation of the aquaculture settlement as provided for by the Maori Commercial Aquaculture Claims Settlement Act 2004.

Objectives

The objectives of this output class are to administer the legislated settlement in order to:

• achieve the legislative intention of the settlement
• ensure that Crown obligations in relation to the settlement are met in a timely and efficient manner
• provide for the durability and integrity of the settlement.
