Audit of Aquaculture Settlement Register

The Maori Commercial Aquaculture Claims Settlement Act 2004 requires the Ministry of Fisheries to establish and maintain an Aquaculture Settlement Register. The Register contains information on the Crowns obligations under the Maori Aquaculture Settlement. The Ministry of Fisheries and Te Ohu Kaimoana Trustee Limited (as the Takutai Trust) engaged Ernst Young to audit the inputs and accuracy of the Register.
