NEW ZEALAND FISH EXPORT STATISTICAL DOCUMENT

This document must must be filled out and sent with any exports of bigeye tuna, swordfish, northern pacific bluefin tuna and northern atlantic bluefin tuna regardless of where the fish was caught. This also serves as an ICCAT Bluefin Tuna Catch Document.

(Note for Swordfish caught in Atlantic: For export to countries that have adopted the ICCAT alternative minimum size for swordfish, the exporter must certify that the above listed Atlantic swordfish are greater than 15kg (33lb.) or if pieces were derived from a swordfish weighing >15Kg.)
