Fisheries Act 1996 Amendment Bill (No 2)

This Bill is intended to amend section 13 of the Fisheries Act 1996 to enable a total allowable catch (TAC) to be set under section 13 where the current biomass and the biomass the can produce the maximum sustainable yield (MSY) cannot be estimated reliably for a stock.
