Pikomamaku, Horomamae and Kaihuka Mataitai Reserves Proposed Bylaws

Pursuant to regulation 25(5) of the Fisheries (South Island Customary Fishing) Regulations 1998, notice is given that the Tangata Tiaki/Kaitiaki responsible for the Pikomamaku, Horomamae and Kaihuka mätaitai reserves have deposited bylaws under subclause (4) for the sustainable management of fish in that mataitai reserve.

A copy of the proposed bylaws may be inspected from 20 February 2012 during normal office hours at:

The Department of Conservation Office on Stewart Island
Te Rau Aroha Marae, Bluff

Any member of the public may make written submissions in response to the proposed bylaws.
