The MFish Final Advice Paper, dated 2 October 2006, was provided by MFish to the Minister of Fisheries in order that he could make decisions on a number of proposed regulatory amendments. The Final Advice Paper builds on the proposals contained in the Initial Position Paper, which was consulted with stakeholders from 3 July 2006, and considers the submissions provided by stakeholders during the consultation period.
