Decision - Review of Rock Lobster Concession Area Minimum Legal Size Regulations

The Minister for Primary Industries recently made a decision on a review of rock lobster Concession Area Minimum Legal Size (MLS) Regulations in CRA 3 (Gisborne), CRA 7 (Otago) and CRA 8 (Southern).

The Minister’s decision letter provides the details of, and reasons for, his decisions:

In summary, the Minister decided to retain all of the existing rock lobster Concession Area MLS Regulations for commercial fishers.
