Between December 2009 and Febuary 2010 the Ministry of Fisheries consulted on deemed values for selected stocks for 1 April 2010. A Final Advice Paper (see below) was provided to the Minister of Fisheries in March 2010, and the Minister has now made his decisions, which are contained in the attached decision letter.
