Observer Services Programme Standards

Request for Proposal (RFP)

The Ministry wishes to obtain professional services to develop a comprehensive set of standards and framework for an observer services programme. For the purposes of this project a standard is defined as “Standards are agreed specifications for products, processes, services, or performance” (Standards New Zealand).

The scope includes reviewing current observer services standards to identify what existing standards require further development, and what additional standards are required.

The RFP documentation can be accessed from the New Zealand Government electronic tendering website www.gets.govt.nz . You will need to login to GETS, there is no cost to registration.
